Whilst the startup process is not complicated, and this personalized approach is not required, it did demonstrate a superior level of customer care and service.
My old weekly tasks of water testing, and replenishing chemicals are gone forever. The water is clear, odourless and remains ready for use at all times.
An added bonus is that when I eventually dump the water and re fill, I can use it on the plants.
